      Support Groups

You are not alone.

It is proposed that Work Rights Matter begins an online support group for those that have encountered workplace bullying, unfair dismissals and unfair work practices at their workplace.

The purpose of these groups will  be to informally discuss online individual workplace experiences (without mentioning names of perpetrators or employers), raise awareness about the impact of workplace bullying, unfair dismissals and work practices on the lives of individuals, families, their communities and workplaces and share ideas about coping and moving on.

The support groups can also discuss ideas about how to navigate processes - what works, what doesn't, what experiences individuals have had. Sharing stories as a group, empowers individuals as the dialogue provides a better understanding of the toxic workplace, how to seek work rights and also about moving on.

Before you request participation in an online support group, please read the Terms of Use document.

If you wish to participate in an online support group, you can email contact@workrightsmatter.org

Your profile in the online forum will be anonymous to others as once you apply to participate, you will be required to set up an online user name which will not make your personal details public to others in the online support group.
